Adam Crowe brings over 20 years of experience in the information technology industry, with a strong background in both technical operations and client strategy. As Director of Partner Solutions at LEADWAVE®, Adam plays a key executive role focused on enhancing partner relationships, driving strategic initiatives, and aligning client technology roadmaps with business goals.
Originally from Sarnia, Ontario, Adam discovered his passion for technology early—volunteering in elementary school to help upgrade classroom computers. That interest led him to pursue studies in Computer Science Application and Design at Lambton College, followed by numerous certifications including Leadership Training for Managers through Dale Carnegie Training.
Throughout his career, Adam has transitioned from hands-on technical roles to strategic leadership, where he now works closely with both internal teams and partner organizations to deliver high-value solutions and ensure long-term success. His leadership style emphasizes transparency, innovation, and relationship building—qualities that have helped position LEADWAVE® as a trusted partner to businesses across the region.
Outside of work, Adam is a proud husband and father of three. He enjoys golfing, traveling, and volunteering within the local community, including supporting youth sports.
